
Morning Movers
One of the wonderful programs we have at Ruskin is Morning Movers which is run by one of our parents, Mel. Students run laps of the oval on a Wednesday and Thursday morning keeping a record of their progress. Certificates are given out at certain kilometre markers and it is a great way to increase fitness and stay fit. This year, a body weight strength component has been added, giving a different element to the mornings. As you can see we have a great turnout for it and I would like to thank the parents who give their time to help set up, supervise and give lap cards out to the students on each lap.
I’m looking forward to seeing the amount of kilometres run by the students over the year!
